In 1972 BRE won their 4th National SCCA Championship for Datsun and their 2nd Trans-Am Championship with the BRE Datsun 510s. To mark the occasion Peter Brock updated, for the Trans-Am 510s, the Championship wreath he had originally designed for the Championships won with the BRE 240Zs in 1970 and 1971. This Championship Wreath has become a popular symbol of the breakthrough success of the Datsuns, showing the years of their Trans-Am championships in 1971 and 1972. This lapel/hat pin sports the BRE 510 Championship Wreath in a beautiful cloisonné emblem with silver background (3/4" in diameter). The back attaches to your shirt, hat, jacket, etc via a traditional military clutch pin on the back.
