TechniPolish is BRE's standard wheel finish. It features an ultra-strong, liquid cured clearcoat on the diamond turned center section. The mirror finish rims are left polished and uncoated to allow for touch-ups as needed in case of minor scrapes. The TechniPolish finish is included at no extra charge as our standard wheel finish.
Wimbledon White was Ford's "factory white" back in the day when the Cobras were racing. As the "correct white" for those who want a historic look it's the perfect option for those Coupes painted Guardsman Blue with Wimbledon White racing strips. Wimbledon White is also popular with coupe owners using darker more subtle shades, like Amulet Red or Malachite Green.
Polo White is Superformance’s "pure white" optional stripe color often used in combination with any number of primary colors. Polo White is therefore the perfect match to give your coupe's wheels that racier look that matches the stripes. This optional painted finish consists of lustrous Polo White paint and a thin liquid topcoat applied to the center section of the wheel. Mirror polished rims complete this elegant competition look.
Gunsmoke is the exclusive dark silver gray optional finish we often use to enhance cars with various shades of Silver, Steel Gray, Titanium or the subtle deep shades, like Amulet Red, as used on Peter Brock's personal SPC073. The luster and depth of this very special finish comes from first black anodizing the wheels' centers and then over painting them with a dark silver coating and finally finishing with a thin liquid topcoat applied just to the center section of the wheel. Mirror polished rims highlight the wheels and complete this special finish.
Race Black is our most aggressive, performance driven look. The Race Black anodized finish is an optional upgrade that features a dramatic deep black anodized coating on both center and rim sections or just the center leaving the rims in polished alloy as a lustrous accent.

Beyond their obvious good looks, the advantages of BRE's race quality wheels for your Superformance Coupe can best be described in two words, "weight" and "width". One inch wider rims than those provided by the factory give your existing tires superior sidewall support. With the BRE wheels being 10.5 pounds lighter than stock Coupe wheels for EACH rear wheel and 8.3 pounds lighter for EACH front, the reduction in unsprung weight and inertial mass leads to improved acceleration and braking while providing better adhesion and a smoother ride.

When selecting the best manufacturer to build our wheels, BRE proudly chose Fikse USA, one of the top three racing wheel suppliers in the world, (the other two being BBS from Germany and OZ in Italy). We mention this only because we realize that you as a consumer might want to compare the other choices. As an owner of a high performance automobile it's pretty certain you keep an eye on what's currently winning on the world's racing circuits. Fikse USA supplies a significant percentage of the competition wheels made for many top race teams. BRE selected Fikse because we felt they made the best (lightest and strongest) modular wheels in the Industry. An added advantage was their location here in the aerospace hub of Seattle, close to BRE, where we could physically inspect the product. Top engineering, design and production personnel familiar with aerospace standards and materials made Fikse a natural choice to engineer and build our wheels.

Because the basic design of the wheels used on a Superformance Coupe require a unique offset, there was nothing available anywhere in the world that came even close to meeting BRE's demanding requirements for fit, weight and esthetic beauty. This required a completely new design that could meet our specifications for serious competition on the race course as well as on the greens of a Concours d' elegance. The initial cost of BRE wheels may seem high when compared to common "accessory grade" wheels that sell for less but it takes only a moment to compare weight and quality. Real competition grade racing wheels are in a whole different category from those sold exclusively for the street. BRE wheels provide more performance gain per dollar spent than might be invested on the engine or drive train. We invite you to compare the cost of similar sized, race quality wheels made for any high performance car in the world, by any other wheel manufactured anywhere, with those from BRE; we're certain you'll instantly understand why we are so proud of our wheels.

If you're interested in a set of BRE wheels, be sure to plan ahead. Most wheels are made to order to your requested finish and size. Manufacturing time is a minimum of 8 weeks plus shipping time- that's the minimum.
